The purpose of this page is to provide a method of distributing proofs of the Roy and Patricia Disney Family Cancer Center photo shoot to clients and potential clients. Using the album page, it's easy to review low-resolution copies of the images from that shoot so they may order usage rights.

Photography

March 2010

All images in this session, when ordered, will be at least 12MP uncompressed TIF format (the lobby panorama is much larger).

All images are suitable for general usage (publication, web pages, etc.).

For web usage they will need to be scaled down by your webmaster, but that shouldn't be a problem.

Technical stuff: I shot all images in RAW format with a Nikon D700 and several Nikkor lenses. The Nikon RAW images are nearly impossible for others to use, so I converted these to the very-usable and lossless uncompressed TIF format.

Shots with the word "tonemapped" in the name typically work best for print work and are adjusted for this purpose to reveal maximum detail. Other shots work for either that or web page usage.

Important info

With respect to the sample TIF image, you may wish to right-click and pick "Save link as..." (or whatever your preferred browser requires you to do) instead of just clicking. Most browsers will attempt to load your registered TIF viewer if you simply click the link.

The sample image is 34.5 megabytes. Most folks with fast connections will find this a manageable download, but it will take a little bit of time.

The filenames for all images are displayed in a translucent strip above each image. To order rights, please record the exact filenames as listed over each of the images you need.

Note: album images have been vastly reduced in scale and general quality in order to make them preview quickly on most connections.

You must have version 8 (or later) of the Adobe Flash plug-in in order to load the album.

IE note: Internet Explorer users may get a warning about "active content." It is perfectly safe to allow the scripts on this page to run. (In fact, you cannot view the album without the script that operates it).
